Late one summer day, just before harvest time, Lisa spotted this restful yet majestic scene on a trip to northern Wisconsin. Converging lines of field and grass fill the lower third, while soft yet powerful clouds hover above.
Using Henry Roche’ pastels from France – the same kind used by Edgar Degas – Lisa was able to capture an old-world sense of beauty.
